HELP. I don't know what's going on
So I've had my period for about one year and it has always been extremely light and lasts about 2days. Today my period came, ten days early with literally no spotting and hit really hard. I filled up a menstrual cup in about 3hrs and usually I can leave it in for about 14 hours. Is this normal for my period to go from light to extremely heavy?? It's never happened before can someone help me
