i should start my period today and i had cramps and my stomach hurt but i didn't bleed. i'm tommorow going on a one-day sea vacation w/ my parents and i'm scared that i could bleed in the sea and just embarasse myself. it's my second time having a period and i dont want to use tampons already, so what should i do?
