OK, I went to my first ultrasound Friday. And based off of my LMP I'm supposed to be 12 weeks. But the young lady that was doing my ultrasound said I'm 14 weeks. Does this mean my baby is the size of a 14 week old baby? I mean, How does that work? (No slick comments please, First time mom here).

I’m 23 weeks but my baby is measuring almost a week ahead. Unless it’s a significant amount ahead or behind, they usually don’t change the date.

it means your baby is measuring at 14 weeks not 12 weeks like you originally thought

it just means baby measures that but you don't change your due date unless your dr changes it. I was 7 weeks 6 days at mine but baby measures 8 weeks 4 days. sometimes they measure a head and eventually it evens out.
