pregnant 7months after c section

anyone gotten pregnant this soon after a csection? I keep reading horror stories on how my uterus might rupture. according to the app I'm 3weeks an 6days along. I just found out today I had to have a classical cut due to it being an emergency c section with our daughter. we are very excited as we gave birth to our daughter at 23weeks an she passed away 3days from being 6months. so being pregnant again we are so happy but now we are scared me an baby both might not make it.
