I am 9 weeks post partum, and still feeling very insecure. How do you ladies think I look for how long it's been?

csection or not you look fine give your mind and your body a break, you made a baby!! Even if you didn't have a csection, our bodies don't just bounce back, society has made women stress so much over looking completely normal right after a baby, and that's just not reality.

You look amazing for 9 weeks postpartum. I looked terribly bloated/pregnant still at 18 months postpartum. A good thing to go by is to gibe your body ATLEAST 9 months to get back to anything even close to what it was before. It took 9 months to grow that baby, it'll take atleast that amount of time to get more back to normal. Your body likely won't ever be the same but I do think you'll continue to see improvements of the next few months.

the scar and stretch marks will fade. I felt the same way. I gained 45lbs with my daughter and I'm already overweight normally I am around 190-200lbs range. and I lost all but the last 15lbs and felt awful. but you start to feel better after a little while.

Hope I look that good after baby! I feel like I'm big for a first pregnancy. I can't wait to bend over without losing my breath and sleep on my stomach again. He's due 10/5.

Stretch marks will fade, posture and muscles will return to usual position but it just takes time. You don't look like you're overweight, your body just needs time to return to it's previous condition.
