Boyfriend may have crush on coworker

So my boyfriend of about a year (and father of our soon to be babygirl) recently got a new job. He’s been there less than a week but the past few days whenever I see him after work he’s brought up a certain female co worker. He tells me things about her and that they’ve joked around with eachother about making sales. I’ve never seen her before and it concerns me a bit because I don’t know if she’s his type appearance wise. Should I be concerned or am I just being crazy?
