3 week old + toddler sick

my toddler came down with something about 3 days ago, fever got as high as 104 at one point. Now I’m sick, feels more like a cold than anything- achey body, headache, sorethroat, coughing/sneezing. My toddler had a high fever and was sneezing but I’m not sure about the other symptoms, now I think my newborn is getting it because she’s sneezing a lot and a bit more fussy, my mom gut is telling me she’s sick too. So far neither me or the newborn have a fever

I’d really like to try and make sure my two little ones are okay and not hurting, I know to take them in if it gets bad or if newborn gets a fever.

Any tips on how to help them feel better? And things I should look out for?
