Fussy or teething

My daughter will be 2 months old on June 28th and I think she might be teething already if its possible. These past few days all she’s been wanting to do is fuss and sleep. Her appetite has been strange as well, normally she’ll eat between 2-4oz every 6 hours, but lately she’s been fussing like she’s hungry but she’ll turn down her formula and just gum the nipple of the bottle, also when I give her the binkie she’ll spit it out but if I put my finger in the binkie then she’ll gum it. Andy advice on what could be going on? Could she be teething already? TIA
