Anyone have a similar experience?

Hey guys, I’m just looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience. 8 dpo I started cramping and then when I wiped I had just 1 or 2 small drops of a reddish brown either blood or discharge, cramping again 9 dpo with the same spotting but I had lower back pains that day and a sharp pain in my lower abdomen that only lasted about a minute, and my last spotting was at 10 dpo. I’ve been nauseous on and off since then with headaches about every day and super tired. I swear I’ve had just about every textbook early pregnancy symptom but I tested at 10 dpo and today at 12 dpo and both negative. I know it’s still early so I can’t rule it out yet but it’s kinda discouraging after seeing some people get their BFP so much earlier
