😔 heartbroken

So i slepted with my bf at the time on the 21st and now im 3 days late im so scared me and him arnt together anymore and it kills me i went to the hospital just shy of 2 months ago in serve pain and lost lots of blood and a big clot but was not scaned to see if it was a miscarriage my heart is broken i love him but he said i cheated and in actual fact his ex girlfriend told me he cheated on me with her what do i do ??
