Don’t know whats gonna help me.?!?!

TTC since last 4 yrs after i finished my studies. Tried everything i can, couples iuis and starting of this yr did first ivf in my homecountry(india). Doc over there inform me that my egg quantity is low and so that could be the reason. After that i face miscarriage within 7-8 weeks, i was holding an abnormal pregnancy. The Bhcg levels were not going up as they should.

I had loose hope after this miscarriage but still doing everything i can.

I don’t knw what is wrong going n what should i do. Decided to do ivf now this cycle, started on meds but they says i hv only 3 follicles as completely mature, so doc here decided not go any further becoz they would do only if they get more than 5 eggs.

So end up doing iui for this cycle, will be taking Bhcg test on 5th july. I m so scared of doing anything and so scared of even thinking positive, i jus cannot anymore.

Any guidance pls?
