antidepressants

So I have been off my 150mg venlafaxine medication for 3.5 days now, and I keep getting this stupid ear sound and what feels like a brain twitch, I know I'm not supposed to stop meds cold turkey like that and trust me this is an accident for missing these days. I ran out of my meds and couldn't get into the pharmacy right away, I work that same hours as them!!! and I'm a barber so I don't really get a lunch! Any ways I don't really know how to explain then twitch or what ever it is but I was wondering if anyone else had experience the same thing as me?!?!
