Signed for Eviction Summons

I go to my mother in laws for lunch every day and she isn't always there. Well today, there was a knock on the door. It was a Greenbrier County Sherrif. He asked me if I was her and I told him I was her daughter in law. I am above age 16 so he had me sign a Court Summons for her that she was being served. Now, she has struggled since my husband was young financially. Which is why she didn't have custody of them. She's not a drug addict or spends her money on anything other than bills she just.... won't keep a job or, hurts too much to work. She is not disabled but has varicose veins in the legs. Or she does something to piss off her employer. Now, this has been coming bc she never has rent, and has pissed off All of her neighbors around her.

The reason I'm posting this is bc I'm freaking out about my husband thinking she'll have to live with us when I tell him. There are Several reasons I'm against it. But I will not see his mother homeless.

1. The job situation. She hasn't held one the whole 3 years we've been together and didn't have one when we met. She was living with her cousin. 2. She moves my things and takes over like it's her house when she just visits. I really don't want to see how she'll be if she moves in. 3. She has been trying to live with us since she met me. If we let that happen she won't work and we can barely keep ourselves together without adding another adult. 4. She thinks rules don't apply to her. She has a dog and we barely got our dog approved at our house. She just lets her dog run every where NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY TO HER! She almost got shot at our last house bc she went to a neighbors yard. AND SHE STILL REFUSED TO CHAIN HER UP! My dog is on a chain if she's outside per park rules. 5. I'm pregnant and do not have patience for her whiney, I need money for this and that. And cleaning my house with bleach and mopping my carpets and just no. Not doing it. 6. Being new parents is stressful enough without having his mother who didn't even raise her 2 boys trying to take over. 7. It's a small trailer.. We would have no room to be away from her.

Somebody help me. I'm really not for this but I know it's coming and I'm not ready.
