I want to be healthy

I try my best to eat healthy and get exercise but lately I always feel tired and not motivated. Even when I do work out sometimes I still feel tired and want to sleep whenever I get the chance. I’m up and at work at 7 I wake up at 5-5.30 and get home at 4.30. I do try my best to go to the gym or do some sort of workout but I usually just want to crawl into bed and sleep. My biggest problem is I go to bed at 11 but I was wondering if there was any other way that could help.
