but what should I do

so I just found out my first love, from back in 2016 is just getting out of prison after 3 years ( I was his only gf and his first love as well ), and he wants to get back with me and have my kids like we planned and i haven't talked to him for 3 years , cause of my mother ..... I have nothing but love for him ... But I recently started talking to a older gentleman who's double my age (49)take care of me and has nothing but love for me,only been 3 months with him anyways what should I do I love em both . but run back to the old or keep moving forward 🤔🤔🤔🤔
