What do I do

So me and my bf have been together for 3 years and he got a job offer in Los Angeles Because he is like staff and helps set up before concerts so he just told me that he had to give an answer by Friday (Today is Monday) he did ask me if I didn’t want him to go he wouldn’t but I don’t want to be selfish and let him give up this opportunity but I have my family here and a Niece coming on the way so I think I made up my mind I think I’ll move (I live in NY) but since he did move from Puerto Rico away from his family for me I feel like I have to and also because i love him to the moon and back so I feel like over thinking WAY TOO MUCH (Like what happens if my sister needs help, my mom gets sick and I’m 5hours away in a airplaine) So can you guys help me
