Implantation or Period 😕

Hello everyone,Ok so I have adenomyosis and my periods are extremely heavy and last about 5-7 days anyway i had what was supposed to be my period but it only lasted 2 days and was kinda heavy followed by 2 days of spotting I have never had this happen before.Anyone have this and get a Bfp if so how long till u got a + test,also have a tmi very wet feeling down there and a punching feeling off and on on my left side in my abdomen.Tia
