I have a big lump a on my private with two bumps on them at first i thought it was a boil until i seen the bumps then thought hair bump .. I’ve put hot compresses and Epsom salt baths now I’m just starting to think spider bite it’s located on my vag but the top area where the prubics yo . Please help painful when apply pressure on lump
