*Update* Help! Have had my period for 11 days out of the last 13...

I had a baby a year ago. My periods just came back a few months ago and instead of going back to my usual 28 day cycle they started coming every 3 weeks! 😖

Thursday the 14th was the third week after the first day of my last period and I started the light bleeding that I’ve been experiencing since they came back but then had no bleeding for 2 days. Sunday I feel a clot fall out into my panties so I go to the bathroom and literally had a bunch of clots fall out of me into the toilet. That night I had hours of this going on. I sit on the toilet and clots would fall out, even a couple as large as ping pong balls. I only had light cramping, nothing excruciating.

But since then I’ve been bleeding pretty heavily for the past 9/10 days. I’ve never had this in my life and I’m freaked out. Every once in a while I still have small-ish clots and a few more larger ones tonight. Has anyone experienced this? I have an appointment with an OB-Gyn on the 10th but if I don’t stop bleeding soon I’m gonna have to go in. Anything to calm my mind would help.

*Update:

I went in to see my old ob that I saw when I was pregnant. They didn’t even examine me. Just sent a script for birth control pills. I’ve been taking them for 2 days and it seemed to lighten up yesterday but has come back again. I’m be now been bleeding for 16 -almost 17- days straight. I don’t know what else to think, I don’t know what to do but wait to see the new doctor.
