Can someone tell me what this is on one year olds legs and arms?? Is this eczema or something else? Will be seeing someone soon but I thought I’d ask here while I can. It’s dry but he doesn’t itch it and only on the legs and arms, thank you

It does look like eczema. 
My son has mild eczema on his cheeks. 
If you do get it looked at and they say it’s that I always used Baby Aveeno eczema therapy it always worked very well.

Definitely looks like eczema. My son has it and it looks just like that. We haven’t found anything that takes it away yet though unfortunately.
