Mucous Plug?

So I was going pee and a glob just kinda fell out of me it was about the size of a quarter and was like whitish, I feel like it was just discharge but I've never had a glob like that before, it didn't have any blood streaks or anything and I haven't had anymore come out yet. I'm 37 weeks. Could that be part of my mucous plug and if not could anyone explain it decently detailed so I know exactly what to watch out for if it happens again?
