Registry must haves

What all should a registry include ? I was asked to make one before my baby shower but honestly I like everything good quality and my husband is the same and I feel bad for adding too pricey items because I don’t know how others will feel about it but it’s just the brands that I am used to and that I know about... and I am not 100% sure on what exactly to add like smaller items that would not cost that much for guests to gift us, Right now my registry is with target.
