Very Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

I’m currently 8dpo, have had cramping in my lower abdomen for the last 4 days, sore lower back, bloating, increased appetite (nothing I eat seems to get rid of my hunger!) and I’ve been gassy. I’ve also been peeing heaps the last two days and today I’ve woken up with sore boobs.

I never normally get PMS symptoms a full week + before my period is due and my boobs NEVER get sore before either.

I also had a very early miscarriage last cycle and I had all of these symptoms beforehand.

Do you think I could be pregnant? I have tested this morning with a first response test and it was a bfn. What do you think ladies?? 🤞🏼🤞🏼
