Fliud in babies kidneys and blockage !!!!

Hey all ! So I'm 23 weeks pregnant and just had my second anatomy scan because the 1st one showed fluid in the babies kidneys . So from what I saw in the ultrasound yesterday and from what they were explaining is that one is huge and the other kidney is at a 7 but they didn't tell me what normal size is for a kidney of her age in the womb , so the Dr took me into her office and explained that both her kidneys are at risk and that there is a block in some part of a tube that drains . She also added that the babies kidneys have gotten significantly worse from the 1st anatomy scan I had 3 weeks prior to this one . She was not clear on what this was called besides calling it a genital birth defect . I have another appointment with them in 3 weeks to see if they have gotten bigger and they will send me to a urologist and possible MRI within the next month or two. I'm honestly freaking out and am scared and obviously thinking the worst because I'm such a worrier when it comes to any bad news ! Any other parents have the same or similar and how was your baby after birth and how was your pregnancy effected or if there is any precautions or things I should avoid till she is born ?
