Ladies me and my hubby want to try for twins this time around, any advice on how to conceive them naturally!??

You can’t. Even taking fertility drugs only help increase the odds up to 10%. There’s no “natural way” to increase the odds. You can try high dose folic acid but it’s a long shot. Some may tell you Cassava, but I’ve known 4 cases of cyanide poisoning from Cassava so I recommend not attempting it. Good luck!🍀

There are a lot of factors thought to play role in the natural conception of twins, like race, weight, diet. Things of that nature, but nothing has been proven. You get what you get 🤷🏻‍♀️
