Irregular Cycle

I have always been very regular (every 28 days) but during january I took a morning after pill and ever since then my periods have been irregular. I have symptoms that my period is going to come every month and nothing. If I have these symptoms like sore breast, mood swings, cramps does it mean I am ovulating but yet no period? Just so frustrating.
