Went to ER last night after bleeding and passing clots to find out baby had no heart beat at 10 w 6 d. Now trying to weigh my options on expelling fetus natural vs d&c.; Anyone that can help give advice and share experience would appreciate in helping me decide which way to go. Thank you.
