When I finished my undergrad I had about $8,00 which was from being super good about saving money since before high school even started. But, after my second degree even while trying to save money as best I could I ended up with $0 in my savings account two years into my degree. I was broke for the next two years and now that I'm done that degree I'm still basically broke but slowly starting to save again.

Scholarship!!! Try your best to get them, as many as you can. It’s what helped me stay a float. I also did work study at my university while also working on the weekends, which I put some of my money away for medical school where I am now!
