Help for a friend

I have a friend who has had negative pregnancy tests home and at the doctors office. She has been feeling tired, she feels pregnant all the time, she had an ultrasound yesterday pelvic and abdominal. She didn’t go in for a pregnancy ultrasound. She had it for other symptoms that she thought were not related to pregnancy. The tech couldn’t say anything to her about what she saw. But the whole time she was asking about previous kids and all baby talk.

My friend is 47 and she doesn’t want to have anymore kids she has had her tubes tied for 20 years and hadn’t gotten a period for 2 years. She had one last month and she has not had one this month. What are the chances of her being pregnant?
