back pain in between shoulder blades
i have awful back pain in between my shoulder blades every night while sleeping on my sides. I switch sides as often as I can and that helps temporarily. I already sleep with a pillow in between my legs and under my belly. I tried placing a pillow behind my back for support but it didn't really help. Any advice on what might help?
