Weird feelings at 17w or normal 🤔🤰🏽🤷‍♀️😫??

Idk if this is weird or not but I keep thinking I have has an then I feel like a flip type of feeling like twisting an turning in my stomach weird and Idk if the baby or just bad gas then some pushing like push what a couple of seconds then here it comes again for about 5 minutes are so then it will stop and come back some hrs later should I be scared ??

Is everything okay I mean I feel the same still nauseous through out the day heartburn cravings everything so idk this is my 3rd pregnancy no living children and I’ve never made it this far in a pregnancy before so it’s new to me sorry for the long post ladies!!
