Breastfeeding. No period. Pregnant?!

Hello ladies, I am almost 100% certain that I am pregnant again. My daughter is almost 9 months and i breastfeed which has caused me to not have my period back yet. For the last couple of weeks I’ve been having strong pregnancy symptoms like I did with her. Bloodwork and home tests are negative but I have absolutely no clue how far I could be or anything.. can y’all give me any advice on what to do?? I’m gonna test again in a week per the dr but I just feel like I know my body so well I know I am. With my daughter I knew without a week of conceiving! Found out at 3W 4D I was pregnant with her.
