Does my manager seems weird?

So my manager is an asshole and yells at me in front of customers. I work at a juice store and basically if there is a bit of juice left over he goes crazy over it. He embarrassed me in front of people so many times. He yells about how messy the store is while there is a long line, and he doesnt even help us.

But when im doing my job properly, he does that thing where he “massages” my neck and its super awkward for me bc i dont know to react. A few days ago he was trying to tickle me. He also has pinched my cheeks once.

I feel weird bc hes rude to me all the time but then hes acts weird and touches me weirdly.

Im just curious, has this happened to anyone and does it seem sketchy to u?
