Sex while on “pelvic rest”

So I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant. At my 11 week ultrasound my dr found a “bleed” she asked me about 15 times if I had any bleeding. I told her no. She basically guaranteed that i would start spotting and to not have any sex. I still haven’t bled at all.

Question being have any of you ladies had this ? And have you continued to have sex regularly ? This pregnancy has me craving sex and I’m just so scared to 😩
