Why do some women hate being pregnant?

Ok lady’s can any of you explain to me why some women don’t want to acknowledge that they are pregnant? Or why some hate being pregnant? 
I know this girl who is having her second baby and has barely told anyone she is pregnant and the only reason i know is because her mom told me. And she did the same thing with her first baby. I mean I under stand waiting til the second trimester to tell everyone just to be safe but she is well past that. And she wanted to be pregnant. a lot of other friends I talk to say they hated being pregnant too. And one girl said she didn’t even like tell people she was pregnant cause she didn’t like it. 🤔 
I just don’t get it!? I loved being pregnant! I was so excited and wanted to tell the world as soon as I found out! I had a pretty good pregnancy...Only ever felt nauseous for a month or so and had a hard time sleeping and get comfortable for the last 2 months. But besides that it really wasn’t bad. I loved my belly and the kicks and the attention! Now I know for some women being pregnant is not fun or easy at all with morning sickness and other complications. So I’m not saying those women are week or selfish or anything but I would just honestly like to know why some women dislike being pregnant so much? 🤷‍♀️

Well not announcing that you're pregnant doesn't mean you don't like being pregnant, and why does it matter if someone doesn't announce? It's not your business. Some women have awful pregnancies, with HG, depression, severe pains, and so many other problems. It's hard being pregnant for many women.!

I mean HATE is a strong word. But I strongly disliked being pregnant both times so far. I am nauseous from the moment I find out I’m pregnant until birth. And by nauseous, I mean vomiting at least twice a day, sometimes up to 5 times and losing lots of weight. Then there is the acne, the heartburn, the excess saliva, the metallic taste in my mouth, the discomfort. 
I still think it’s worth it though and feeling a baby inside of me is one of the greatest joys I’ve ever experienced. Just wished it was easier. 🤷🏾‍♀️
I am one of those who doesn’t tell anyone besides my parents. Why? Because I am not close with anyone else and them knowing or not, doesn’t improve my life in any way. It’s just personal preference. I am not hiding the fact that I’m pregnant either, I’m just not bringing it up. The important people in my life know and that’s all that matters to me.

Some people don’t announce it because maybe she’s high risk and how devastating it would be to be like “I’m pregnant” and then down the road say “I’m not pregnant anymore.”

I hated it, but thats because of how traumatic my pregnancy was. It was a physical and mental rollercoaster.

I didn't dislike being pregnant but I didn't want to tell people because I was worried something would go wrong with the baby and also I didn't want any judgement or unwanted advice.

I threw up every single day of my pregnancy, and even for a month after. So I think it's fair to say I hated it. Our second baby is unplanned so we haven't told anyone yet and we might not until after 20 weeks. It has nothing to do with me hating my first pregnancy. We're just not ready to share the news yet.

My mom decided not to have another baby besides me because she was nauseated in the beginning and had to go the hospital a lot during her pregnancy. She also had preterm labor a few times.

I felt awful and had an anterior placenta so I didn’t feel her move much either. I bet if you talked to this person they’d mention they were pregnant. Some people just don’t want to make an announcement🤷🏻‍♀️
