Cramps? Or Growing pains?

Do any of you ladies experience cramps or growing pains? I honestly really can’t tell a difference if it’s cramps or growing pains. I just know some days whatever it is I feel it more than other days. Then again it can be the digestive issues. I just don’t know how to really tell these symptoms apart or whether I should feel alerted. Had a MC in November so every feeling makes me feel paranoid.

Would be nice to know how others ladies feel. I’m currently at 11 w and 3 days. Thanks for your input 💗 and congratulations to everyone!
