Chlamydia Advice?

I broke up with my boyfriend of 3 years in November, and started dating my new man in January. I def should have gotten checked before having sex with my new guy, but because my ex and I had only ever had sex with each other, I figured I’d be fine. Apparently he slept around a lot by the time we had that finalize-the-break-up sex in December, and come May I find out I have chlamydia. I got treated for it in May but have been spotting non stop for two weeks, having stomach cramps, etc, and can’t get in to the doctor until next week. I feel really disgusting and scared that I’ll be seriously messing with my tubes because I know it can cause infertility. Does anyone have any experience with this/stories to share? I’m really really anxious and just want this over with.
