Yeast Diaper Rash

Hey guys! My daughter has a really bad diaper rash and I have been trying so much stuff for it this week but it’s not going away or getting any better. From looking online I’m pretty sure it’s a yeast one, it doesn’t seem to hurt her at all when I wipe her for diaper changes or in the bath with soap. But it is bright red with some bumps and is staying in one spot. Have any of you guys had babies with this?? I was reading to get an anti fungal cream to put on there. Do you guys have one that you prefer or has worked??? Thanks!!!
