Should smoking be banned in all public places?

There are already multiple laws that prohibit smoking in public places (depending on your country)

It’s a known fact that smoking can cause harm to more than just the smoker. Etc.

It’s also a person’s choice whether they wish to smoke or not, and making smoking illegal will be very difficult to enforce.

This seems to be the only “compromise” that has been suggested.

So. Do you feel smoking should only be legal on private property? (For example, your home/garden/private land)

Why?
