Anyone else ever had a abnormally light period but still pregnant?

I just learned I was counting dpo wrong so I was 8dpo when I had bfn I tested because I'm crazy nauseous and been throwing up what should be favorite food and what's worse is I'm so hot all the time. So my period was a day late and today I thought it started but it's abnormally light but it's also bright red. What is going on

I had abnormally light bleeding for about 3 days (some red blood, too) and tested positive pregnany a few days later. I knew something was up because it wasn't my normal constant flow. It stopped completely after 3 days and never got my period. Honestly the signs of pregnancy before missed period were exactly the same as PMS (cramping/spotting, etc.) Good luck!
