a little spotting and cramps is totally normal your baby is constantly growing so that's why your cramping and spotting a little but if your gushing blood and cramping to the point you can't stand or walk then go to the ER asap

Could be a withdrawal bleed which normally happens when your normal period would have likely arrived. Im 23 weeks now but at 7 weeks I bleed for a few days I panicked (three previous losses in first trimester) and went to my doctors as emergency. They checked me and baby was still there with hb of 144, cervix was high and closed and my blood hcg was 22,000 something. My doctor diagnoses me with withdrawal bleed as my second period would have been due 3 days after I got the bleed. 
I’d call your doctors just for reassurance hun nothing any of us say will put your mind at ease x

I would definitely keep an eye on this. my miscarriage did start with back aches and light bleeding like this. I went to bed and woke up to nothing. Then an hour later it looked the same. two hours after that it got worse. hopefully its nothing. praying for the best!

When I had this exact type of spotting I was told on glow it was “normal” nothing to worry about well it was not .. go immediately to the dr . 
This is how my first miscarriage started ,my second and my third which ended up being a molar pregnancy.. so yea it may be normal for some women but don’t take this lightly go get yourself checked out ,and I pray everything works out fine for you girl ❤️

Spotting is completely normal throughout the first trimester however if accompanied by cramping and lower back pain, I would contact your dr. This is how my miscarriage started, I was 12 weeks. I don’t mean to worry you, but you can never be too careful and doesn’t hurt to follow up on it.

I had spotting week 7- 12. Speak with your dr I was given an ultrasound and reassured that everything is fine and told the vagina is very dramatic in pregnancy and not to be a worried unless there was clotting and cramping

I had this on and off for 3 weeks (7-10 weeks). panicked like hell that I was losing my baby. they put it down to implantation! if you're worried though, go get it checked to put your mind at ease!
