baby been lying on a nerve which is giving my a stabbin pain in my left arse  cheak.. its been like this for about a week and its just getting to the point i can barely get of the sofa without screamin in pain  :( i didnt no it could last  this long and get worse..

It’s sciatic nerve pain. Will probably be there til you deliver. To ease it up can use a heating pad at low, do stretches for it, and sleep with a pregnancy pillow

Look up “child’s pose” in yoga. That helps!  There are other stretches for sciatic nerve pain too, but that’s definitely what you’re feeling.  I have a whole bunch of stretches I do to help relieve it.

Mine also gets worse if I’m constipated which I unfortunately have struggled with lately as well. It does sound like sciatica- stretching should help & definitely a pregnancy pillow. Massaging it as well. Hope you feel better!

It’s called sciatic pain. Unfortunately it will come and go. I’ve had the same thing but in my right cheek since the first trimester. It hurts every once in awhile and feels almost like the bone or something is splitting ugh. Good luck hun. There are stretches that I’ve looked up that do help!

I had the same thing but thankfully it only lasted a day or so. I made myself do stretches & my workout video with mor stretches & it got better. Also Tylenol is ok if it’s bad enough
