Ham, all the time. I heat it up though. Bacon, anytime there’s an opportunity (I LOVE bacon), I don’t restrict hotdogs because summer and BBQ’s!!!!! First time mommy and 34 weeks and 2 days here and I was obsessed with that no eating list but I don’t think I’ve been as crazy with it for the past month or so. As long as I know things are fully cooked they’ve just been going straight to my belly 😋😋

I’ve had bacon quite a few times, I don’t like hot dogs so never, and I’ve had turkey deli meat once.

My husband took it upon himself to be the food police this pregnancy. They make you do an “orientation” for your first doctor appointment at my doctor’s office, and they told us to steer clear of nitrates and nitrites. When we went grocery shopping a week later, I totally forgot they had said that and put the bacon we usually got in the cart. He took it out and swapped it 😂 The only bacon and sausage I’ve had since December has been the expensive all natural kind. No hot dogs, and no lunch meat unless it’s been heated up. My first meal after labor is going to be a cold turkey sandwich on the darkest wheat bread known to man 😋

Since when was bacon on the no list?? I think the whole deli meat and hotdog thing is a bunch of hooplah. I crave hotdogs when I’m pregnant and I love gas station hotdogs the best! I’m not a big fan of deli meat though. I refuse to not allow myself to satisfy a craving! (Unless it’s like beer or sushi lol but then again there’s non alcoholic beer and veggie sushi!)
