Vitamins to prevent HPV

I was recently diagnosed with High Grade CIN HPV. I had Leep procedure Monday to remove all pre-cancerous cells. I am worried that it will come back and it makes me paranoid. I've heard that some vitamins can prevent HPV from coming back. Have you taken any vitamins or recommended anything by your Gyno? I was going to ask after my procedure but I was still out of it from the anaesthesia. I am planning on asking when I go for my follow up but just wanted to see if ya'll have taken anything to help?
