Cervical position?

Period estimated in 11 days.

First time I’ve ever checked my cervix.

And I have been having a lot of milky white lotion type cm. It was pink mixed with cm one time when I wiped today. Cramps only on the left. Been having a cough and sore throat for the past couple days. I want to know what my cervix position tells me. I just seen it on my Ovia app and this is the first time I could ever feel it. Does it mean I’m ovulating? Because I think I already did. I had clear stretchy cm like 3 days after my period.
