Reflux baby! Need help

Hello mommies ! Looking for some recommendations on how to deal with Reflux with a 7 month old. We did an upper Gi exam 2 weeks ago where it shows he has reflux. Usually by 6 months it starts to get better for some babies but it’s the opposite for my LO he seems to be getting worst but only at night from 12am-6am , he seems so uncomfortable, tired, gassy and would not lay flat even with the bed elevated. He is on Santac medication and is not working and his doctor won’t prescribe anything else besides that. I don’t know what else to do, we are exhausted from not sleeping since his symptoms only come in the middle of the night throughout the day he is perfect. Anyone else going through this??
