It's time to lose this weight!
But I need some help. ๐๐
I've always been a little heavier but not too much that I was ever insecure. Right now, though, I'm definitely at my heaviest and I hate the way I look. I've worked out in the past quite a few times and got some results, but once the program was over and I said "I'm going to take a break, and I'm going to start again in a week."
But I never did. Surprise, surprise.
Anyway, losing weight is really hard for me because I literally hate eating vegetables. (I like some, but not enough.) I've tried to eat broccoli, or celery or anything green really and I can never seem to get used to the taste. I'm thinking of maybe making some veggie smoothies, so if you have any recipes for those, I'd love to see it.
Also, I really just need more encouragement and some tips on how you lost weight and or how you stay fit. Just give me some tips or whatever you can pass onto me to help me with this journey.
