Ladies, can you help?
I had my second child last summer and I am struggling to eat right, lose the baby weight and exercise. I have even gained more that what I weighed full term... embarrassing, I know! :(
I know it’s like 80% what you eat and 10% exercise but I’m hoping someone on here can give me some advice or recommend a program that’s easy. I have zero motivation and was recently diagnosed with endometriosis. I’m struggling and I’ll admit it. Just looking for any advice really.
