Am I miscarrying?
Two days ago, I noticed off and on light pink only when I wiped. It turned brown and was very light. Yesterday, I had no spotting at all. But this morning I woke up with bright red blood and the toilet bowl was red, like a period. I haven't had any cramping yet. Does this sound like a miscarriage? What should I plan for next? I'm out of town, but plan to call my doctor when the office opens. I'm 5/6 weeks based on LMP.
