Decreased movement -update

Need some good vibes sent our way. It’s been a weird couple of weeks with our pregnancy, but today has me scared.

Baby girl hasn’t been moving much the past couple of days. Even at her ultrasound yesterday she wasn’t moving until after 20 minutes of aggressively trying to wake her up. They didn’t seem concerned because they got the result they want. But she’s still not moving right this morning, so we’re going to the hospital.

Knowing my daughter, she’ll probably start kicking up a storm once they put the monitors on me, but I’ve not felt her active since Wednesday. Hoping for good results!

Forgot to mention I’m 39+2

They monitored us for a few hours. Her movement wasn’t improving so they were talking about admitting us. But then the nurse pulled out this weird wand thing that vibrates and screams. She held it against me a few times and baby girl started moving. Big movements too! I actually cried when I could feel her again. So relieved. She’s been dancing ever since.

😭😭😭 tears of joy my little girl is ok. Less than a week until we’re due, so hopefully it’s smooth sailing from here
